These Terms and Conditions describe the general rules that apply to access to and use of the LESCOD platform, including customer responsibilities, service limitations, acceptable use, and interactions with third-party messaging or infrastructure providers.
By accessing or using the platform, the user or customer acknowledges these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any operational or commercial conditions applicable to the contracted service.
The service may include account access, dashboards, campaign management, template workflows, monitoring, messaging operations, sender administration, logs, support, and other related features made available by LESCOD from time to time.
2. Customer obligations and acceptable use
Customers must use the platform in accordance with the legislation, regulations, contractual obligations, and third-party messaging policies that apply to their activities, jurisdictions, and recipients.
It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, unauthorized, or harmful conduct, including spam, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized data use, or delivery of content that the customer is not entitled to process or distribute.
3. Content, recipients, and third-party integrations
Customers are responsible for the content they configure, the recipients they contact, the permissions or legal bases they rely on, and the operational decisions they execute through the platform.
The service may depend on third-party providers such as messaging channels, cloud vendors, telecommunications operators, or external technology services. Availability, approval flows, delivery outcomes, and downstream restrictions may depend in whole or in part on those providers.
4. Availability, suspension, liability, and changes
LESCOD works to maintain service continuity and operational integrity, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, real-time delivery, or uninterrupted third-party service behavior in every jurisdiction or environment.
LESCOD may suspend, restrict, reject, or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, preserve security, comply with lawful requests, manage operational risk, or enforce these terms and applicable provider requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by the legislation that applies, LESCOD is not responsible for indirect damages, business interruption, lost opportunity, third-party platform decisions, or customer misuse of the service. Questions about these terms may be directed to soporte@lescod.com.
