1. How to submit a request
Send your request to soporte@lescod.com from an address associated with the relevant account or from another address that can be used to verify your authority.
The subject line may state: Data deletion request.
If you are a customer, user, or authorized representative and need to request deletion of data associated with the LESCOD platform, you may submit a request through the contact channel below. Requests are reviewed with identity or authority verification when applicable.

The subject line may state: Data deletion request.
Please include, as applicable: full name, company or account name, contact email, the data or account you want reviewed, the country or business unit involved if relevant, and a clear description of the deletion request.
If you act on behalf of an organization or another individual, LESCOD may request evidence of authority, ownership, or identity before processing the request.
Requests are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account verification, operational complexity, and the applicable legal or contractual framework.
Some information may need to be retained, in whole or in part, for security, fraud prevention, auditability, contractual administration, dispute handling, legal defense, service continuity, or regulatory reasons when applicable.
Where data is also controlled or stored by third-party platforms, messaging providers, cloud vendors, or integrated services, deletion may depend on those third parties or may require coordinated handling.
